Online Proposals

In order to obtain proposals for Significa Insurance Group's products, you must request a registration and receive approval from our Marketing Department.

If you previously registered and were notified via email of your approval, use the self service login provided above to access this feature.

If you have not previously registered, click here to do so now. In order to register, you will need your agent number, which was assigned when you were appointed. If you have not yet been appointed by Significa, please download and submit the forms, Significa Appointment Application, Assignment of Commissions Form (if applicable only) and a W9 Form along with current Producer license and Agency license, if commissions are assigned to the agency.

If you have registered previously or submitted a Significa Appointment Application, but have not received a response, you may email our Marketing Department to receive the status of your request.
