For Members

Members of EGA and Significa Insurance Group plans are able to use our Member Self-Service to perform the actions below. Simply click on the “New Members: Register here” link in our Members area to setup your account. Once registered you may:

  • View Claims Detail
  • Reprint Explanations of Benefits
  • Request an ID Card
  • View Medical Plan Document (if authorized by the plan)
  • View HRA and/or FSA Summary (if participating)

For Employers

Our clients can perform many online functions to more efficiently assist their employees and communicate changes to our Policy Administration department. As the authorized representative(s) of one of EGA’s self-funded clients, you may enroll new members and view claims detail online*.  Available features include:

  • Review Member Coverages
  • Terminate Member and/or Coverages
  • Enroll New Member
  • View Claims Detail *
  • View Current Invoice
  • View Medical Plan Document (if authorized by the plan)

* Additional security features are required to allow the self-funded employer to view claims detail for their employees. Please contact our Marketing Department for more information.
