EDI Claim Submissions and Status:
The best way we can deliver on these goals is if providers are able to submit their claims to us electronically and are able to
interact with us electronically. We can receive real-time claim status and eligibility requests via Emdeon Business Services
(formerly WebMd). Our payer name is "ERIN." If you need additional assistance with the information on the Realtime response,

Managed Care/PPO Networks:
In finding the best solutions for our clients, EGA often works through a variety of managed care and PPO
network relationships. As a result of this, you may see similar services for our membership reimbursed according to different
fee schedules or discounts terms. Please be sure to verify which network relationship is in place for each of your patients as
this will help you identify and anticipate that you have received the appropriate reimbursement amounts.
